Need primers?
 

I was at the range today practicing for tomorrow's match. A guy I know well who has a gunsmithing and shooting supplies business was there too. I haven't been competing nearly as much since I moved to Florida so, out of curiosity, I asked him how the primer shortage was affecting the competition world. Turns out he had 100,000 primers in his RV and another 60,000 due next week. Due to the nature of the competitions we shoot, all the primers are Federal 205's, 205 M and Wolf small rifle magnums. (BTW: I and a lot of other people in competition are becoming very impressed with the Wolf primers. I'll be shooting them tomorrow, they are clearly superior to 205M in the load I'll be shooting.)

Usually Jim just sells out of his RV at competitions around the nation. If there's any interest, I can check to see if he will ship. I'll ask if it's OK to post his contact info. Should have done that today.

Any rate, he hasn't seen any shortages. He sells only components but you could have assembled at least 100,000 rounds, in several calibers, with what he had in his RV today.
